I'm Bi-Socksual
2atatimesocks

You knew that that's what I meant, right?  I've just discovered this technique and I'm in love! How much more satisfying is it to cast off a sock and immediately cast off it's partner! No more "finishing" one only to start from scratch on the second.  And the amazing thing, it's really not that much more complex than the magic loop method for one sock!

Here are a couple of things I found useful as I was learning this technique :

1.  Keep the two socks close together - it helps the 2 yarns stay untangled. I know it seems like an oxymoron but it's true.
2.  Make sure your  pattern is centered on the back (instep) needle - It's more difficult to move stitches from the front to back needle with this technique.

Go ahead, give bi-socksuality a try, you might like or dare I say, LOVE it!

Back to the pointy sticks....
